FAQ: Changes Ahead at RoamRig

RoamRig is transitioning from its current direct-to-consumer model to a smaller operation that sells a streamlined product line exclusively via dealers. Existing appointments at RoamRig HQ in Connecticut will be honored. However, effective immediately, RoamRig will NOT book any new install or repair appointments.

FAQ – Changes Ahead

I already have an appointment. Is it still happening?

Yes. If these changes make you uncomfortable, we completely understand and will cancel your appointment and refund your deposit. Email info@roamrig.com if you’d like to cancel.

Can I schedule a new appointment before RoamRig changes operations?

No. RoamRig is no longer booking appointments.

If someone cancels their appointment, is there a waitlist for taking their opening?

No. Appointments cannot be transferred.

How do I find a dealer to install a RoamRig upgrade?

Visit our Dealer Map for locations and contact info.

Where can I get a complete Revel Power system?

Complete Revel Power Systems are discontinued. One of our partner dealers will have limited availability of our remaining stock. We'll add details here when finalized.

What about other products, like Beatboxes and alternators?

Beatboxes, alternators, and other products will remain available — but only through our dealer network going forward. At this time, power systems are the only product line being retired.

Where can I get a bench seat rotation for my 2nd/3rd Generation Revel?

Revel bench seat rotations will be available elsewhere. I am finalizing plans with a shop I trust in New England to offer this product in the future. A current RoamRig employee who has done dozens of these will continue the installations at their facility. It will be seamless for customers: same technician, same design, same suppliers, same product. We'll add details here when finalized.

What if I have questions about products sold on or after January 1, 2027?

All product support inquiries will be handled by the dealer who sold and installed it. RoamRig will support dealers as needed. Our Blog and Knowledge Base of guides and documentation aren’t changing and will remain available online.

What if I have a question about a RoamRig product purchased on or before December 31, 2026?

RoamRig will support customers directly, so long as they are still covered by a RoamRig warranty. Our Blog and Knowledge Base of guides and documentation aren’t changing and will remain available online.
