Shipping policy
Currently most orders are being processed and shipped within 3 to 4 days after receiving your order confirmation email. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you directly. Some of our products may take longer to ship, due to shipping restrictions, order volume or issues related to the shipper. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@roamrig.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Please initiate a return by emailing info@roamrig.com and referencing your order number.
- If an item was damaged in shipping please let us know by emailing info@roamrig.com.
- All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the items are returned unopened within 30 days, they are subject to a 5% fee.
- Order cancellations will be subject to a 5% credit card processing fee from the refund total.
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
