Ready to make a trip to RoamRig HQ in Connecticut? There are a lot of upgrades that we can do for your van!
To schedule any upgrades at RoamRig HQ in Connecticut, email us to start the conversation. We're happy to do multiple upgrades at the same time.
We prioritize scheduling work that takes a full day or longer. Not all upgrades take a full day, but can be bundled with other work to create a full day. For smaller upgrades, consider our DIY Kits or working with one of our Dealers.
Prices below include labor and 6.35% Connecticut sales tax. Our dealers set their own labor rates, so their pricing may vary.

If you have a 12V Revel with lithium batteries, we have a kit for you! That includes full RoamRig systems and Revels with Xantrex/Lithionics batteries. RoamRig's ARCO Alternator + Regulator Kits for Revels are full replacements for existing alternator systems. They come with a two-year warranty and are for anyone who wants peace of mind (or an intelligent alternator charging system).

RoamRig has developed alternator kits designed to work with Volta VIP and Flex systems. These upgrade kits feature Arco 48V alternators, a pre-configured Arco Zeus regulator, and custom wire harnesses. In the future, we'll be adding more alternator kits for other Volta systems.

Before you visit for upgrades, it is crucial that you review our Coming to RoamRig guide. We do not have a waiting room and you cannot be in the shop while we work on your van.
What's Included in Every Power System Upgrade
- Inverter/Charger: Kisea 3000w inverter with 100A shore power
- Charge Controller: Kisea 750w MPPT charge controller with 750w DC-DC charging
- Battery Monitor: Victron battery monitor and Bluetooth app
- Switch Panel: Upgraded control panel with labeled switches
- Alternator: Upgraded auxiliary alternator with exclusive, robust pulley and Balmar external regulator (included in all power systems except 1st Generation Stage 1)

**First generation Revels require a RoamRig power system to have space in the passenger seat base for the Beatbox.
